A little light relief from writing – Could you help me to decide if I should have individual chapter illustrations, or to keep the same image throughout the book? Birds of prey take a large part in my second novel, The Middle Distance. They act as precursors to events and as the brittle bones upon which I layer my rather mystical plot upon.
