The best way to predict your future is to create it– Abraham Lincoln
Heather’s Gartside’s eclectic career touches on many different creative disciplines: as a writer, creator of the WWWalks Copenhagen app, founder of a sustainable travel business, photographer, teacher, and artist/designer. She strives to smudge the edges in her work and brings an ‘out of the box’ approach to the strongly creative and communicative career paths she follows. Heather currently lives in Denmark and has held two exhibitions of her photography in 2020 and 2021. Also in 2019 she published her second novel, Middle Distance alongside a major exhibition of the accompanying photographs. Once again she crosses disciplines, combining photographic images with magical realism – and a touch of sea salt! Her first book, ‘Rice Pudding in a Duvet, second helpings’ is available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback versions.
